SHIPPING, RETURNS, & EXCHANGES

How much is shipping?

      1. $4.95 standard for orders up to $50.00
      1. Orders over $50.00 shipping are $5.95
      1. Orders over $100.00 qualify for FREE Shipping!
      1. Some products will state “Qualifies for Free Shipping” and this will not be charged for Shipping.
    1. There are also some items that are “Free + Shipping” where you just pay the flat $9.95

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer worldwide shipping as long as it is a valid address. The shipping cost is the same. **Shipping may be longer 3-5 weeks depending on your region.**
Estimated Shipping Time (all estimates products may arrive sooner)

      1. USA/CAN/UK/AU/NZ Orders: 10-20 days
      1. Europe: 14-21 days
    1. Countries Not Listed: 25-60 days

How do I track my package?

Some orders may be tracked online at Order Tracker you may contact help@starmobileaccessories.com for more information. Custom apparel orders will automatically send tracking notifications to your email.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?

We work with several fulfillment distribution centers that are located in different locations locally and worldwide, therefore, shipping may be delayed. After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to one of our fulfillment centers where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.

What if I Ordered and want to Cancel it?

You have 8 hours to cancel your order before we send it to our processing/shipping distributors. If the item has not been sent yet, we will offer you the FULL refund, however, if you canceled after 8 hours we will refund you your purchase minus the Shipping Charge after we receive the item back.

Blue Planet Store keeps to the highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from our online store.

Your credit card information is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Please Note: Free Offers/Giveaways – Any “Free + Shipping” offers must be canceled within the same day order is placed. **Free + Shipping items are non-refundable once shipped. Please ensure your order is correct before ordering.**

Please be sure to review your receipt to confirm your order is correct.

We will, however, honor and ship free of charge the correct item, if your order was an error on either from us or our distributors.

Refunds may also be given at any time as if we do not carry the appropriate stock available to fulfill your order.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, there will be NO REFUND.

Note: There will be a 15% Restocking fees on all Returns.

**Refunds – Items must be with original packaging and Unused, otherwise they will not be eligible for a refund.**

You must contact us at info@starmobileaccessories.com before sending back any items for a refund.

If any products come damaged due to shipping please contact us immediately with a photo of the damaged item. We will replace the item for you free of charge.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
